Great experience as new customers in Limewood Dental - my grandfather was seen privately for an emergency appointment within 24h of being registered. He was looked after and made to feel comfortable straight away! Me and my husband have also decided to register for one of the monthly plans each which is great value for money when visiting privately!

A bit anxious about coming as it’s been years! All staff lovely and friendly, very welcoming.

Dentist, receptionists and dental assistants are amazing, and I hate going to the dentist.

Had a lovely appointment there this afternoon with our daughter, Bella-Maria Hughes.
This was Bella’s first dentist trip and every staff member we met were absolutely incredible with her.
From Sue the receptionist who made Bella feel soooo welcome and at ease, to the dental nurse Tish who showed us to our room and last but not least the dentist Gabi who was very polite, professional and informative in regards to Bella’s next appointment.
Thanks again to Sue, for Bella’s stickers! She’s gone to school like super woman bless her! Thanks again, all of you!

Saw Pawel today for an emergency tooth repair. What a lovely man and he has done a brilliant job. The dental nurse was also lovely but I didn’t get her name unfortunately.

I have been petrified of going to the dentist since I was told as a teenager that I have periodontal disease and would lose my teeth early. I have attended a dental appointment only twice since I was a teenager due to this fear.
I went into Limewood on Monday this week to make an appointment as I could feel a change in my teeth. From the moment I spoke I was put at ease by the reception staff on that day (Sue and Harvey). Making the appointment was easy, I signed up to a plan and left reassured.
My appointment day came and I was met at reception by Sue and Anita who were absolute stars. My check up was with Gabi and dental nurse Vicky who immediately put me at ease. The room was calm, I wasn’t rushed, Gabi explained everything clearly and I was happy that I knew what the plan was for next steps. I then had a hygienist appointment with Erin and dental nurse Ells who were equally as calm and reassuring as all the staff I had encountered at Linwood so far. Again I left happy that I knew what the plan was with my teeth moving forward. No teeth loss for me and no more fear of going to the dentist! Thank you team Limewood!

Visited Limewood Dental Care today for a check up, haven’t been to the dentist for years but really looked forward to this appointment heard nothing but positivity about this dental practice! Massi and Kaci were excellent, work so well together as a team and made the environment feel super relaxing. Couldn’t recommend Massi and Kaci enough. The practice is amazing, a modern and clean space. Thank you !

I am a very nervous patient. I went for a check up, but was advised l had an infection in my tooth and gum, that they were very concerned about it, and it needed to come out straight away.
The dentist Khaleda, and the dental nurse Hannah, did their absolute best to calm me down while removing the tooth and putting in stitches. They were both so kind and caring.

Charlie changed my life on the 12.3.25.not been able to smile for 4 long years.thank you so so much to charlie and the nurses and claire on reception.at the coastwood.branch in rhyl.cant stop smileing.

I recently had my first check up at limewood dental care.
It was the nicest experience l have ever had at the dentist. All the staff from reception, dental nurse Hannah, and dentist khaleeda, were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and made my visit a very positive experience. Thankyou team.

Visited today for the 1st time and as with any dental appt I was nervous!!! The reception staff were friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. Today was a referral from their partner practice was seen immediately and given a very professional thorough examination and various treatments explained fully including costs! I will be back in 2 weeks for the treatment *****

Erin and Kace were absolutely incredible with my 4 year old daughter, it was only her 2nd ever trip to the dentist and she needed 2 fillings and they were amazing with her she wasn’t nervous at all!

The staff helped me with my children when I had to take one in to the room and they had a sensory bag for my autistic child and it keeped his mind at ease

Great experience at Limewood both today and yesterday. Daughter had toothache and I was able to see a dentist the same day. Reception staff are amazing and went the extra mile in making sure we could book in and also helped look after a toddler . Thanks again ladies

A special mention and thank you to Charlie, Gabriella and Lucy. I have just had some root canal treatment, which I was quite anxious about having. I was well informed throughout the treatment, every detail being explained to me. All the team were very caring and patient. I am so pleased with the result. I no longer have tooth ache and my mouth now feels wonderful.
I cannot recommend Limewood Dental Care enough.
