Victoria was excellent - a timely appointment and a cheerful and welcoming experience today.
However, I asked reception about a complaint that was submitted last month and it has not been reviewed. I hope the new manager starting Monday will address it.
Also I’m disappointed that the staff get priority to the parking rather than customers!

Poor communication by receptionist who did not inform me that my dentist was running 40 mins late due to an emergency. The waiting would not have been an issue if I had been appropriately communicated with. My actual dental appointment was excellent.

Very helpful dentist Sion, who took time to explain things to me and to show me my xray. Unfortunately, he is only temporary, and after February 2026 he did not know who will be my dentist. I fear it will be back to the usual routine after Feb 2026 of having appointments cancelled at short notice and not knowing who will be seeing

Flitwick High Street Dental Practice
The dentist (Sion Thomas) was running late (30mins) but he was apologetic, courteous, thorough and professional.
The receptionist and the reception area were not welcoming. Poor customer service, the receptionist was moody, the reception needs painting and the notices need tidying

Late admission to appointment, came in for a check up and dentist barely looked in my mouth for 30 seconds before saying I needed to floss more and sending me away. Lack of clarification provided and only completed X-rays when I asked if that’s all they were going to do after looking at my teeth for 30s. Very jarring and unpleasant experience for the price paid

I have been a patient at this dental practice for approximately 40 years and found the experience to be a very positive one.
One small point, the online portal needs to show all residences in my street as houses not flats!
I am grateful to the staff for the treatment I receive which has generally been excellent.
I would highly recommend this dental practice.
