Dentist was very efficient and clear

No problems booking in, all on time. Dentist was very efficient and clear in explaining what he thought should happen next. I think there may be a problem with your booking system as I didn’t receive the email confirmation of my new appointments. Otherwise the experience was no more than I would expect

The Dentist was excellent

Receptionist was most helpful. The Dentist was excellent. However the IT system crashed and was unable to book a further appointment. Was so much easier with paper !!!!!
