Friendly staff
I was seen promptly by very friendly staff. The dentist gave a thorough check up of my mouth and teeth and confirmed that everything was fine. She also asked if I had any concerns, and it was nice to be asked.

my dentist (T) is genuinely lovely, i’ve had bad experiences with dentists but this person is amazing. she made me feel welcome and safe, and not at all judgemental. she understood my sensory issues and allowed me to use my sensory aids. she clearly explained everything. thank you, T.

Always polite and helpful. My family have been using this dentist as NHS patients for many years, and now they've recovered from the COVID and austerity era, we can get our regular checkups again. Despite what the website says, bookings need to be made by phone, although it's worth booking as early as possible because it can be some weeks before you get an appointment. The online forms kept timing out when I completed them for my daughter recently, I wasn't sure if they were submitted correctly, but they made no complaints about it when we arrived for her checkup.

Female dentist was lovely, very professional, chatty & informative. My only criticism is that both the 2 young receptionists were miserable & surly to both myself & other clients. Both could improve their appearance by dressing less slovenly
