Appointments are hard to obtain but once you do the service is faultless. The staff are friendly and helpful, would recommend them if you can get onto their books

My experience
Polite, friendly dental team. Efficient and informative with advice. Reception team also friendly although my one was a little huffy and obviously annoyed I hadn't completed a form prior to appoinment. I arrived early in order to complete the form. So there was no delay or inconvenience to reception? However it was completed quickly whilst I waited for my appointment?
Maybe a little tolerance needed. Not all of us are computer literate.

The dentist was kind, professional
I was very disappointed at first as I had a broken tooth and I couldn't have an emergency appointment. Thankfully the receptionist called me in the afternoon with a cancellation. The dentist was very thorough and helpful. My tooth was in a bad way and I will need further work. I was given advice and options and the dentist was kind, professional and patient with me as I had lots of questions.
