Very helpful

I found Felicity very helpful and she explained my treatment as she was doing it very well. I am nervous at the Dentist but Felicity put me at ease, she was very polite too.

Disappointed that my normal dentist cancelled me two days before (which sadly has happened many times in the past) but at least I managed to see somebody new on the same day - but at an earlier and more inconvenient time.
