Friendly and efficient
I have been a patient at the practice for many years and have always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. Staffing issues, primarily due to the Govt. remuneration system, have resulted in problems with dental practices in recent years but Flitwick seems to be recovering and it's encouraging to see them take on new patients. I am very satisfied with their service.

After having to wait over 3 years for an appointment, due to staff shortages etc, having had several appointments cancelled, I was more than happy with the welcome I received from my dentist, Felicity Harland, who immediately made me feel comfortable and she's a very caring happy person, I am very fortunate to have her as my dentist.
