Friendly, professional

Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Went in on time for appointment. As always my dentist was friendly and very professional. All together a really good experience.

Hygienist appointment

This was a Hygienist appointment. Anita is always professional and very competent. She makes sure you are comfortable and explains what she is doing.

My experience

Felicity is very thorough, explains everything and is so friendly and going to the dentist to see her is a pleasure.
The only downside of this dental practice is I had my last appt in November last year cancelled then they never contacted me so I rang them and had to wait months for a check up the week before this appointment was cancelled again. I had to see a private dentist for root canal treatment as I had severe toothache and they had no emergency appointments if I had seen the dentist earlier this may not have been the outcome. This is no reflection on my dentist I would 100 per cent recommend her but feel let down by the practice.
