The dentist listened to me - was very pleasant - I felt she explained well what she was doing and did a very good job on my teeth, assistant was very nice also.

My experience today was very good. I was seen on time and the dentist was very caring and I am so sorry to hear that Disha is leaving, she is a great dentist and I feel so confident with her. I just hope whoever replaces her as my dentist is as good and caring as Disha has been.

I saw Felicity this morning for a check up and for a Monday morning, it was a great start to the day. Very pleased and would highly reccomend.

I have been a patient at the surgery for over 30 years and having consistency with just a few practitioners I was apprehensive to be assigned a new Dentist - however Felicity Harland was so lovely, professional and very caring - all of the staff were very welcoming - I embraced the change.

Dentist was very helpful, I had confidence in what she told me and am taking notice of how to relieve a minor problem with my teeth. Will be happy to see her again in 6 months time.

Waited nearly an hour. No information. Asked at reception, as I thought we had been forgotten!
The appointment previously had run over, no one thought to inform me.
Then the receptionist asked if I would see another dentist. No idea who that was going to be either!
I have seen Mohammed for a long time. Suddenly, I am changed to a dentist I don’t know, then to another dentist, unknown to me!
The dentist was Deeta, very pleasant. However she commented on my crown being old, my composite fillings being old. They are, however they are still fine and not causing problems! Mohammed has never mentioned them!
Asked to make my next appointment with Deeta, told she may be leaving. So have to see another dentist , unknown to me.
I have also seen that you are taking on new patients. How can that be?
I had to wait a long time for a check up, kept waiting, saw a dentist unknown to me. Had to wait an excessive amount of time for the appointment and changed dentist at the last moment.
How are you going to manage even more patients?

I am a Registered Nurse, I have worked for the NHS for many years. I understand the pressure. However better communication is essential.

I usually have had a great experience with Mohammed for years and years but I had a new dentist today who just couldn’t be bothered. She didn’t do the checks where they press your face and didn’t even pick up on an area I asked her to monitor. Wanted to fill my teeth when there is no reason to yet. All seemed very rushed and certainly not like the thorough checks I have always had. Couldn’t even be bothered to show me the area I am supposed to be monitoring. Very disappointed after so many years of great care by Mohammed (who had very different opinions on not drilling teeth when there is no need to yet!) have asked to see a different dentist next time as this has not filled me with confidence at all!

I now have an excellent young dentist and am profoundly pleased. The assistants in the office were polite and helpful as was the dental nurse -and all this on the National Health! Well done Flitwick Dental Practice! My new young dentist (I miss Mohammad!) is utterly charming and very thorough, kind and confident. I also feel great confidence in her and look forward to the further treatment that she recommends.

Felicity is amazing as I've a huge phobia of dentists due to bad experiences in the past.
