Diligent examination
I was very pleased with the dentist I saw who was very good at explaining what she was going to do, her findings and conclusion and recommendation. She was pleasant and efficient and sought a second opinion on one occasion. I was very pleased with my visit.

Tooth extraction and plate fitted
Lots of discussions about chosen procedure beforehand . Painless and quick. Great after care and info about next 48 hrs. Great service, great dentist. Felt at ease throughout.

A better experience this time.
After a less than satisfactory experience in November I must admit to being somewhat apprehensive. Luckily the dentist I saw this time was much more caring. My only complaint was having to wait 3 months after the practice cancelled my appointment earlier in the year.

Unfortunately access to NHS dentistry is very limited due to a national shortage of NHS dentists. We are working to try and increase availability but this is proving difficult. We do however have various dental plans in place with our private dentist starting from £11.49 a month.

Unfortunately this is an issue because the virus can be aerosolised and get into peoples eyes. Once it gets into the eyes, if severe it can cause blindness.

I got an early appointment. I was seen straight away. I had X-rays and got good advice etc and a prescription for the dentist. Left feeling reassured.

Unfortunately making a replacement denture takes time and multiple visits to ensure it is accurate. The time taken is due to lab times and not the practice I'm afraid.

Not the best manner
Although I was seen quickly, I found the manner of the dentist rude. The dental nurse however was amazing. She explained things, suggested what could help ease the pain and just generally spoke to me with respect with respect. The dentist was both blunt and rude about my teeth and not taking the time to explain what she meant, until I asked her.

Dentist was very prompt in seeing me. Asked lots of questions about my teeth putting me at ease. I then asked about teeth whitening and l have an appointment for a review. I was very happy at how the appointment went, very professional.

Excellent experience
Having arrived for my appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant & just asked if there were any changes, which there were none & I was asked to take a seat. I was called in on time for my check-up appointment & Anmal was very thorough in explaining things when I said that one tooth was a bit sensitive. After some treatment I was asked to come back in six months.
