Clean and tidy and efficient. The ongoing car parking situation is poor. The stairs are very steep for elderly patients!

Thank you for you review. Unfortunately the carpark is very small and space is limited. Elderly patients who struggle with the stairs can request to be seen downstairs.

Excellent service
I phoned this morning as part of my tooth had broken off and I was in pain. I was fitted in as an emergency. I was very nervous but the dentist was very reassuring and explained clearly that he could do a temporary filling today and what my options for a permanent fix would be. Excellent service. Thank you Flitwick Dental Surgery and thank you NHS.

Unfailing courtesy and consideration
After an excruciating experience as a 9-year-old at the hands of an ill-equipped, bullying school dentist, I evaded dentistry for many years. From my twenties, I benefited from the attention of supportive dentists, but they all had to cope with the after-effects of my decade-plus of neglect. Mr Mohammed has helped me greatly in recent years, but his scope for intervention was limited on this occasion thanks to my poor track record. He was as sympathetic and informative as usual and I am very grateful for his unfailing courtesy and consideration. The practice's communication system was down on the day, so that has resulted in one of the 4-star ratings.

Hygienist
Theresa the hygienist and her assistant were lovely. Very pleased with my cleaning including extra sandblasting arranged during the appointment and carried out immediately, due to next appt time being cancelled by client. Very friendly and competent service from them thank you.

I rang for an emergency appointment and whilst nothing was available at the time they rang me back with an appointment within 10 minutes. Then the dentist was very honest about the state of my tooth and the treatment available. I was happy for the trainee dentist to take a look. Well done high street dental, especially in these trying times

Got an immediate emergency appointment only 75 minutes after phoning to request it. Treatment was excellent, with everything explained very clearly. All staff were helpful and friendly. Altogether, faultless!
