The dentist fully understood the nature of my problem, gave me 2 alternatives and explained the likely outcomes for both options. One of the options was what I was hoping was on offer, so all good!

Straightforward service

Straightforward service as expected without any unwanted ‘cross sales’ pressure.
How do folks afford all the services offered?
I was anxious about the car parking next door thinking 1 hour would be enough then my appointment was 18 minutes later than booked but it was all ok in the end.

Always makes me feel at ease

Mohammed always makes me feel at ease. I have always had a phobia of dentists and always felt embarrassed about my teeth due to my history of bulimia. Mohammed is an amazing asset to your team. His assistant is also lovely.
