Lost part of a tooth yesterday so called the Dentist at 0800 this morning for emergency appointment. Got an appointment for 0900 and was seen very quickly by one of the Dental Technicians who filled the tooth and advised me on future options if the filling comes out again. All very professional and the service could not have been better.

Flitwick High Street Dental Practice
The dentist appeared not to know what she was doing, the assistant who was good, had to inform the dentist I needed an x-ray. After some uncertainty, the dentist carried out a cursory oral examination and told me to come back at a later date for the filling that was after dropping an instrument on my front teeth at which point I left. The receptionist advised me you were short of dentists when I told her I had no confidence in the dentist who saw me and wanted to see another. So I still need a filling and have to wait until you have other more capable dentists and I should call back mid-November. Awful service, I'm afraid.

The dentist and his dental nurse are so nice, they know I’m nervous and treat me with great respect. Very friendly team, I’m almost not afraid of going to the dentist!
