My experience

Hygienist was friendly and efficient. However I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and another lady who arrived 10 minutes after me was ushered through before me so ended up waiting 45 mins despite arriving early- staff blamed computer error!!

Wonderful dentist

My dentist is wonderful, puts me totally at ease. The receptionists was extremely busy but remained sweet in her manner and very helpful. Well done Flitwick High St Dental Practice.

My experience

Went for hygiene. Treatment from the Hygienist is good quality but support nurse was irritant and doesn’t fit to be there in the dental care practice.

My experience

The dentist was very good at the actual treatment. However, despite confirmation from the receptionist he said he didn’t have time to do a checkup and replace a filling. He also said if I wanted the filling I could not be added to his list as a dentist. The practice is not currently making any appointments for checkups and I am unlikely to get an appointment in 2023. This is after already waiting over a year for this appointment. I know the practice is finding it hard to recruit and retain dentists, but the current service is appalling

The dentist was great however the receptionists were not great. My appointment was cancelled 3 times and then they adjusted my appointment without even asking!

Second to none

The time that hygienist always takes to ask after my health, checks whether there are any contraindications with medications I am on in relation to any procedure she may carry out on me is second to none. She is an amazing member of your team, and in my view, you are exceptionally fortunate to have her working at the practice.
