Overall, how was your experience of our service? Very poor

Polite and kind

The dentist was so polite and kind. Very confident. She explained everything and then gave me all my options. She covered every base. She also is going to get back to me after consulting a college. Sad thing was when I went to the reception to pay. I was told she was leaving. I’m really sorry to hear this as she had my complete trust. Loved her.

Good atmosphere

My dentist is very assuring and I trust her completely. Staff were very friendly.
Good atmosphere when you're having work done on your teeth, it’s good to feel at ease.

Been with this dentist 10 years and due to last chemo for stomach cancer, losing teeth. Have now been told no longer belong and no more treatment half way through. I am now going to lose 2 more teeth. How can this happen

Emergency appointment

From the moment I phoned for an emergency appointment, the receptionist was superb and, the appointment being made, as always the skills of Mohammed excelled with the support of his excellent assistant. It could not have been better.

Flitwick High Street Dental Practice

I was seen on time, no waiting around and Mohammed took time to explain in detail all of the best options for treatment going forward with great patience as I’m deaf in one ear. Thanks Mohammed from a very nervous patient for putting me at ease! I don’t dread the dentist anymore.

A couple of minor problems which Mo rectified. Prescription issued for fluoride toothpaste and an appointment in 9 months or x-rays.

Appointment

Have been going to the practice all my life and it’s gradually deteriorated badly since it was taken over. The practice needs to get reception sorted. It’s been an Issue for a long time now. The receptionists seem flat as well so it’s not always welcoming and you can end up waiting a long time to be spoken to.

Helpful and considerate

All staff in the practice from reception up are extremely helpful and considerate. Couldn't wish for a better practice. Have never had any complaints in all the years registered.
