I have previously received good service from this practice, but a recent problem with a broken tooth has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the practice.
Things have been fine when I have seen my usual dentist who on my initial visit re the broken tooth put in a temporary filling. However when I returned to have a more permanent filling I was seen by another dentist whom I believe was not experienced and I was told there was not enough time allotted to replace the filling although some of the temporary filling had come away. A similar thing occurred on the next visit. So through the practice reception 2 appointments were made so as to be sure the work was carried out. These were both later cancelled, when I complained to the reception another appointment was made to work on the broken tooth, however when i was seen by the dentist I was told that I was just down for a check up. When I told reception they said an appropriate slot had been booked for the work I had expected, unbelievable! I do believe it's 4 visits where I have not received the treatment I expected, each costing around £28. I am75 years old and I have now spent over £100 on wasted visits.
