I recently visited my dental clinic for a routine 6-month check-up. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On two separate occasions, my appointment was rescheduled by the dentist, causing me considerable inconvenience. However, I decided to give the clinic another chance and went in for my rescheduled appointment.

Upon arriving for my third visit, I was finally able to see a dentist, but it wasn't my regular one. The appointment itself went smoothly, but things took a turn for the worse when discussing my toothpaste. The dentist informed me that I would have to pay for it, which was surprising as I have never had to do so in the past.

It was at this point that I learned I had been booked with a private dentist instead of my regular one. This change was made without my knowledge or consent, and I was quite disappointed that I was not informed about it beforehand. To add insult to injury, the clinic staff attempted to charge me for the appointment, even though it was their mistake.

I contested this charge, explaining that I did not request an emergency appointment and that this was simply my regular check-up. As a result, the clinic agreed to waive the fee, but I now have to rebook for yet another appointment. This will be the fourth time that I've been messed around by this dentist.

In summary, my recent experience at the dental clinic has been disappointing and frustrating, mainly due to rescheduling issues, miscommunication, and being booked with a private dentist without my knowledge. I hope that my next appointment goes more smoothly, and that the clinic takes measures to improve communication with its patients.
