Caring, kind dentist
Hardworking, kind & professional reception & most caring, kind dentist Faizan Nadeem. I went through a massive panic attack ( first ever for my own self, must be my age ). I had a few fillings & I must say he won’t even notice but his constant reassuring comments help me to sort my head during the process & gave me support to negotiate with my brain to calm my heart beat & collect myself in time.

My dentist is so kind
I absolutely hate going to the dentist as I am petrified of anything medical but I also feel so bad saying that because both my dentist and the reception team are so lovely and kind!
The atmosphere in reception takes your mind off your appointment as the staff are so fun and clearly enjoy working together but also switch to being very professional on the phone to patients. My dentist is so kind and personable. I have never been treated in such a kind way before at a dental surgery. I wish I could get over my medical fear because it's actually a really lovely place to go, so I feel bad saying I hate going!!

I can’t remember the name of the dentist exactly cus it’s a shame I can’t praise him with his name on here, but I’ve had a severe dental phobia for years and always needed to be sedated to have extractions, I really couldn’t wait any longer for a referral to get sedated, so I bravely decided to try without, and the reception team went above and beyond to help me get a quick appointment to have this extraction, everyone made me feel so confident and reassured and the dentist did everything I asked him to to help ease my anxiety, I honestly think he has cured my dental phobia! Thank you so much everyone at dental works !

Sensitive to my needs
I am a difficult patient to treat owing to a complicated ongoing medical history and I have been apprehensive about finding a dentist post Covid. I therefore count myself lucky to have found Dental Works by Shaz and Associates. Staff are friendly and my treatment has been sensitive to my needs and every step has been explained, I can't recommend my dentist more highly. And in time I hope that the waiting room will gain a couple of higher chairs with arms for us less fit older people!

Always a great experience visiting this dentist. The male receptionist always meets and greets by name. All the reception team are nice but he stands out a mile. Fatima has made me feel so confident whilst working on my teeth that I have lost all the fear.
