Lovely staff and dentist

From the moment I came into the dental centre it was so efficient and well ordered. From check up straight on to hygiene visit was really good. Lovely staff and dentist.
So helpful with advice on how to keep teeth in perfect condition

Dental Works By Shaz & Associates

Professional and polite staff. It was great to get continuity of the same dentist now for my last 3 years of visits. The hygienist was unavailable due to sickness for my appointment but there was someone who covered on the day and was equally excellent.

Explained the options well

Excellent service. The receptionists are always lovely, and I appreciated that my hygienist appointment was covered by another member of staff when my regular hygienist was ill (and by 8am too!). My dentist took time to listen and thoroughly investigate an issue. He ec, and advised a stepped approach to treatment to avoid any unnecessary invasive (and costly) procedures. Very happy with the advice and grateful for an additional monitoring appointment in a few weeks time. I left feeling confident that my best interests were genuinely at the heart of the discussion. Thank you.

The dental expert

Another great visit to Dental Works at Milton Keynes. Everyone here is so nice. From making the appointment and being greeted by the front of house team to the fantastic Nabil Helmy - the dental expert. No one enjoys going to the dentist but this team make it such a nice experience!
