Efficient appointment and on time!
Reception staff encountered were much more welcoming than those I have previously encountered. This made a difference.
Wasn’t keen on the ‘optional’ online form as it felt a bit pushy / marketing for me. I was really busy and this was a distraction. Now I know it’s optional I won’t complete but I thought it was obligatory.

Friendly experience

Staff are very nice and treat each patient very individually according to their needs. It's a very friendly environment and you don't feel like you are at the dentists.

A pain free procedure

On my very first appointment at Dental Works I was greeted with smiles immediately on arrival. Reception area is nice and clean. I then met the very charming Dr Faizan Naseem.
I have a few non dental related health issues and I was pleased to find that he had read about this before I arrived and was mindful of it.
The nurse ( I'm so sorry but I can't remember her name ) was also kind and helpful when taking the radiographs.
On my next visit a few days later for two big extractions, again everyone was polite and helpful and Dr Faizan explained the process very clearly.
It was a pain free procedure and aftercare was explained and a follow up appointment made in case I need it.
I have never had a fear of dentists myself but I know a few people that do so I will definitely recommend your practice to them.
