My hygienist is a gem

I arrived early and was promptly seen ten minutes before my slot. My hygienist is a gem - lots of information on how to clean properly and staff are very friendly and professional.

Amazing experience

Had an appointment with the hygienist. She was so lovely - I am very anxious when it comes to dentist appointments and my teeth are not in the best state but she was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. She talked through everything before doing any work and helped with a treatment plan. I didnt get her name unfortunately but she was very welcoming.

Cosham Park House Surgery - My experience

I called on Monday and said that a filling had come out. I was given an appointment for 4.15 on Tuesday.
I arrived at 4.05 but wasn't seen until 4.28. The dentist did an excellent job. My new filling has been pain free.

Please be aware that Dental Works does not have any allocated parking. All parking outside the practice is owned by the local council and is pay and display. Please note that parking is restricted before 8:30 AM.

Do NOT park down the side of Dental Works, as these spaces belong to Tenpin, and parking there without authorisation may result in a parking fine.

If you need to use one of the disabled bays located down the side of Dental Works, please ensure you display your Blue Badge and register your vehicle’s registration number with the Tenpin reception team.

The easiest way to pay for parking is via the RingGo app.

Accommodating experience

I am disabled with lots of medical complications but all of the staff took care to make sure I was comfortable . I was lucky enough to be treated by Shaz himself who turned out to be the complete gentleman and professional. I was very happy with the way I was treated.
