She is friendly, takes times to explain and answer questions.
She has been thorough with cleaning and polishing.

I had phoned in some pain the day before, was immediately given an appt. for today, was escorted courteously to the treatment room because I was on their file as having some mobility issues, was seated and greeted, examined gently, treatment determined and provided, my questions answered, and I walked out feeling assured and in some less pain - which has continued to be the case - so far anyway. Thank you very much Shaz and Anna.
