I can’t fault it
Having been a patient at this practice for quite a few years, I can’t fault it.
As soon as you walk in the Receptionist are always very welcoming.
The Dentists' rooms are always immaculate and spotless.
You are not rushed and asked if you have any concerns. If treatment is required, it is explained in a simple manner so you understand what is required

Like most I find a trip dentist a bit stressful and suffering from anxiety myself I worry days in advance. But Dental Works has a warm, welcoming way of putting you at ease. From first contact with the reception staff that greet you with smiles and are nothing but polite and professional, the dentist was informativ,e explaining the treatment and with the help of the lovely dental assistan made my visit stress free. Going by my experience I would always recommend Dental Works.

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable
Greeted by reception staff by my first name as I came through the door, before I could even say hello. It was lovely to be greeted like this…I have been a few times recently and they obviously recognised me.
Technician and my dentist are both very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Always involving me in treatment decisions.
I’m not the most relaxed patient but feel comfortable knowing that if I raise my hand they will halt procedure. This also applies to my hygienist.
