My experience today was very good, the hygienist and assistant were excellent, felt comfortable, hygienist gave lots of advice on how to clean my teeth. Lovely and clean, and they made sure I was comfortable.

As an ASD young adult I have always struggled with dentists. The whole experience is an assault on my senses & until 18 I was seen at MKUH by Bucks Priority Dental. Dr Faizan Naseem has been very patient & understanding to the point where I trusted him to help me embark on my journey to improve my smile (that I currently never use) with Invisalign.

My experience
The dental work carried out was explained in full, and the procedure was well done.
Unfortunately, we received 2 parking fines, due to the area we parked in (disabled parking bays to the side of the surgery). We now know that there is a sign at the bottom of the reception desk with regards to the parking, but in my opinion it is not clearly visible, should possibly be at eye level. Or, maybe the staff could bring it to patients attention.

The hygienist always does a good job but I do feel like he is trying to buff out a dent from a 1970 vovlo bumper. He is not gentle at all and seems to find a sensitive point and focus on it. Has no bedside manner at all and could be a bit more receptive to the yelps of pain

Dr SJ and his assistant nurse Najibah were great when I went in for my appointment. I have major dental anxiety and they put me at ease and also made sure I wasn’t in pain. They explained what they were going to do, what to expect and what to do if I feel any discomfort or pain. I was told what to expect over the next day and week and to come back just in case of any issues. I would highly recommend them.
