I can’t say anything bad about Fatima because she is great at her job. Fatima has managed to not only become a fantastic dentist, but her manner in which she operates is second to none. Fatima doesn’t judge but is an honest, caring professional who talks you through your procedures from start to finish, which I personally feel is an important attribute when working within this role. If I were asked on a scale of 1 to 10, I would mark a 10 every time.

Parking is easy, although expensive now. It's easy to find the practice, and the facilities are smart and clean. Customer toilet availability is handy. Staff are generally lovely and attentive, polite, and efficient.

Always a great experience, so understanding and lovely. Been going to this practice for years wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Had a crown fitted and I cannot say one bad thing about the dentist's methods. From start to finish, he delivered a service that, to be honest, was faultless. There was not one thing I wished had been different, which made the whole procedure uneventful and no bother.

The hygienist and colleague were very friendly and professional. I was made to feel at ease. Comfort break was introduced between the session to allow me some breathing space.

Great service. My son really struggles with dental exams but they are always patient with him and don’t rush.
For myself, there is never any pressure to push additional treatments but excellent advice and guidance. I have been attending this practice for 20 years and service remains exemplary.

When I came in for my last check up my usual dentist wasn’t available and I saw someone else who discovered I needed a crown. My subsequent appointment for the temporary crown where I had my mouth clamped open for 1 hour 20 mins wasn’t the best experience I’ve had! Not once did the dentist ask if I was ok during this time or if I needed a break. My regular dentist and even the hygienist who is doing non invasive treatment always say to just raise your hand if you want to stop at any point. I was relieved to get out of the chair . I had to return after a few days as the temporary crown was very rough and was making my tongue really sore. My appointment today for the crown was fine

Had my treatment-whitening and composite bonding with Dr Faizan. Was brilliant from start to finish! Pain free, instant results, looks amazing! Would definitely recommend to everyone I speak to! He talks you through exactly the process and puts your mind at rest! Love showing of teeth now! Thank you so much!

I’ve been a patient of the clinic for a number of years and wanted to share what a positive experience I have of your service. From appointment booking, to the reception team through to the dental work, I am so pleased. Getting an appointment is never a problem, the reception team are lovely, so helpful and always go out of their way to help and make my experience fantastic. I love that the team have started to recognise me as I’ve been in for a few treatments recently and they’ve welcomed me by my first name which is lovely. I’ve had the odd occasion where I’ve needed some dental work at short notice and again, the team have gone out of their way to accommodate me - I can’t praise them highly enough!
I’ve recently had some work done on my front teeth by Dr Nabil Helmy - I’m so impressed firstly by how personable he is, he really cares about you as his patient. Explains options, how the work will take place and answers any questions with compassion and patience. Secondly his expertise - Wow! The level of work he has undertaken is incredible, his absolute dedication to make things perfect is so impressive - I’m so pleased - Love it!
