I’ve been a patient of the clinic for a number of years and wanted to share what a positive experience I have of your service. From appointment booking, to the reception team through to the dental work, I am so pleased. Getting an appointment is never a problem, the reception team are lovely, so helpful and always go out of their way to help and make my experience fantastic. I love that the team have started to recognise me as I’ve been in for a few treatments recently and they’ve welcomed me by my first name which is lovely. I’ve had the odd occasion where I’ve needed some dental work at short notice and again, the team have gone out of their way to accommodate me - I can’t praise them highly enough!
I’ve recently had some work done on my front teeth by Dr Nabil Helmy - I’m so impressed firstly by how personable he is, he really cares about you as his patient. Explains options, how the work will take place and answers any questions with compassion and patience. Secondly his expertise - Wow! The level of work he has undertaken is incredible, his absolute dedication to make things perfect is so impressive - I’m so pleased - Love it!

I was pretty nervous and the dentist I saw was so nice and reassuring. I had a bit of a wobble after the anaesthetic but that was dealt with swiftly and with care and humour.

I was very happy with everything about my appointment. The reception team are friendly and helpful and the dentist I saw was friendly and professional. I was very pleased with everything to do with my appointment.

I went in with a cracked tooth I had a temporary filling done in no time at all.

As always, a great experience from Shaz and Associates. Due to personal circumstances I have recently changed the dentist, been with the practice for years, and found SJ to be as good as everyone else. He clearly explained the treatment plan to me and everything went well.
I don’t know his name, the young man that helped me get my treatment booked in to fit around my needs was very helpful, polite and went above and beyond to get me booked in on time.

Written on behalf of my Mum who is 87: I was able to get an emergency appointment for Mum at very short notice after she broke one of her crowns on Monday. Mum usually sees the same dentist called 'SJ', he's a lovely young man. He's caring and friendly, and he always puts Mum at ease. Mum was recently diagnosed with dementia and SJ is so understanding of her condition, he's a real credit to Shaz & Associates. Thank you

Excellent service delivered by highly skilled professionals. Shout-out to Dr. Selwood, who was courteous, patient, and professional. I can't fault the results following the treatment - I already feel the difference in my oral health.

Had 2 positive experiences so far with Dental Works following some bad experiences at other dentists in MK. The booking process was really simple and the dentist reception area is very welcoming and clean. My check up with Nabil couldn't have been more thorough, talking me through everything and taking photos of my teeth to show me in detail after. He recommended different treatment for my teeth but wasn't pushy with any of it and advised what he considered urgent and what could wait. I booked in for a filling the next week and the treatment was fantastic, quick, efficient and pain free. Nabil kept checking in to make sure I was okay and took photos before, during and after. Cannot fault the service at Dental Works so far.

The hygienist was good, the assistant lady wasn't and left during treatment and another person came in and she was talking about it in the corridor, felt embarrassed

Dr Naseem saw me at very short notice regarding pain on my lower right side and a strange taste in my mouth. I was welcomed by Kelly at reception who was lovely - she registered me promptly and then I was seen shortly afterwards. Dr Naseem explained what was going on, treated me and said to be in touch if the pain returned. Would highly recommend!!

The staff are very friendly and professional, and my dentist, Dr Faizan is really a genuine and considerate professional who wants the best outcome for his patients.
Dr Faizan is special, makes you feel relaxed and assures you during the treatment.
I am now comfortable and confident when I go to the dentist.

Great Dental Practice with friendly and helpful staff. I always find my dentist to be highly skilled and experienced and i feel no discomfort whilst receiving treatment. What's even better is there is no unnecessary treatment carried out.

Wow. To say fazian is a genius is an understanding. He puts you at ease straight away. Managed to get rid of 40 years of dental anxiety. Thank you so much to all at dental works. I always walk out with a massive 😃
