It’s such a shame that the reviews are on the receptionists and not the dentists. All my family have had a great experience here and are very happy with the service received. I tend to ignore the poor behaviour of the receptionists for this reason. If you would like me to do a couple of hours on reception I can whip them into shape for you.

Faizan and his dental nurse, Ramona, exceeded my expectations with their exceptional care during my composite bonding treatment. Their kindness and keen attention to detail was amazing. Faizan listened, advised and delivered incredible results. The transformation has significantly boosted my confidence—I can now laugh and take photos without any insecurities. Execllent service, I can't fault this dental practice and the team are fantastic. I went in for a tooth filling and was treated by Dr Jay. He put me at ease and took time to explain the treatments. I will highly recommend.

Excellent service. Recent health problems caused my cancellation of appointment more than once. This was no problem. I was treated with respect and understanding.

This team is amazing, I had been in pain for 3 weeks and worse still I get married in 2 weeks, I tried every dentist no one could help, they got me in straight away, the dentist was a diamond took pain away straight away.

Always very clean, comfortable seating. Spacious. Staff not too bad either. Overall, never had a bad experience here, would recommend to friends and family.

I pay monthly to receive two check ups and two hygienist sessions. I see the same dentist each visit and usually the same hygienist. They have always been extremely friendly and professional, always putting me at ease. Very happy.

At the end of March, I had lost a filling in my front tooth. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 4 years due to circumstances. I went back to dental works, spoke with a wonderful receptionist called Paula, that managed to get me in straight away, due to a cancellation. When I was in the chair, I was told I needed the last 4 teeth out of the top and a full top denture. Okay, here we go again.
When I went back down to reception, and saw Paula again, I had a breakdown, as I didn't know I'd been taken off the NHS list, which I understood, as I hadn't been for so long. She was so lovely, and patient with me, (it probably didn't help that I'd just come off of night shift either!) We came up with a plan between us.
Last Friday, I went back to have the extractions done, and it was the easiest extraction I'd ever had.
When I was going through payment with Paula, I came over quite dizzy, and had to sit down. She'd gone and gotten me a sugary water, and wouldn't let me leave til she knew I was okay.
I have only put 4 star and not 5, as I am only half way through the treatment, but I'm sure it'll be 5 star by the time I finish there.

Thank you Paula, for making a harrowing experience, much easier.

Receptionists must be under a lot of pressure, I cant thank Paula enough for her patience on the phone, and friendly nature on my visit today, people are more likely to complain than leave a good review, I have had to phone several times this week, as you just cant get an appointment these days, being rude to staff gets you no-where, thank you all for all your hard work

Been with this dentist since I was a child - never had a problem with my teeth or the service and I am very happy to still be a customer here. Thanks Shaz and co X

I have been going to Dental Works for a few years now and my dentist is brilliant! Always explains everything. So friendly. It actually makes going to the dentist enjoyable!

Accepts NHS patients and a good feeling when you get here. Not like other dentists been to where its gloomy.

Don’t like the dentist but fiz was so kind and gentle talked me though the procedure I know just a filling but he was great and considerate definitely recommended him

Incredible staff, great service. I was in desperate need of pain relief and contacted the team. The Reception staff were so caring, empathetic and kind and managed to get me a pain appointment within 24 hours. I arrived at the surgery to a warm welcome and hardly had to wait. The Team looked after me, reassured me and provided a quick solution. I returned later the same day for a further consultation which again was made so much easier by the really thoughtful Reception team, nothing was too much trouble. I left feeling confident with my treatment plan. What a lovely, professional and capable team. thank you all so much.

I've Previously had awful experiences with dentists. Although *I* was really awkward with this fear, the staff they were exceptional!
Nice lovely welcome. With an understanding of my dentist phobia- the injections, drilling etc - they handled My fears with such grace. Checking in with how I am regularly, turning up radio 1 for a distraction for me and genuinely really kind.
Not only the service being impeccable, my white filling genuinely looks like my original tooth. - mind blown.

Ps - these are NHS staff, if you're wait is longer, it's because they are dealing with other patients who've taken longer/waiting for results. Not to mention the pay isn't exactly motivation and they have been outstanding too all off us. #receptionistsarepeopletoo

I was seen by Dr Naseem on my first visit and Dr Selwood on my second and both were incredible. I couldn't recommend them more. 10/10.
