From the calls, to all staff, nurses and dentists, the several appointments I’ve had lately have been met with kindness, compassion and too class professional standard! It is also not because I’m a private patient, I have to use the NHS service, and it’s all still been really great.

I'm so surprised with the low reviews for Dental Works. I visited the dentist once and hygienist twice. I'm a really nervous patient but both were so lovely and so professional, I'd definitely recommend them and I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience.

I had an emergency on the 25.03.2021 and went to Dental Works they were brilliant and immediately accomodate me am so impressed with the staff specially the receptionist lady who calmed me and as well to the Dentist lady you were brilliant. Thank you for such great service and I love the new offices loads of parking available and beautiful inside. If people don't know they are next to Laura Hayley and Travel Lodge in Milton Keynes Thank you Debora Stevens.

As a nervous patient (who has had a bad experience that has put the fear of god into going to the dentist for me) I was VERY apprehensive about starting dental treatment but couldn't 'put it off' any longer - I needn't have worried. Jay was AMAZING.
Handled my nerves, dealt with many dental issues I had built up over the years and left me pain free and with a big smile. If I had of met Jay 20 years ago I wouldn't have ever had an issue with going to the dentist. I actually look forward to my check ups now!!
Lovely practice, reception staff are all friendly, kind and put me at ease. Plus I can get appointments without waiting too long. Thank you for restoring my faith in dentistry!

Been here a few times now and I have always found them to be professional and good value for money. They do a thorough review as part of your check up, and are good at informing you of prices in advance.
I personally have not had any bad experiences with the receptionists. They answer my calls quickly and gave me a routine appointment the next day so no long queues to be seen. They are also very professional in person too.
New practice is an improvement as it is easier to park there (50p/hour) and very nice inside.
