Always considerate
I have been registered at Dr Shaz Dental works for a number of years, has been very good at making a ultra nervous patient relaxed over a course of time, the detail and explanation of recommendations and skills.
At reception, always considerate, and suggested next appointment allows me to fit in with my time/work commitments.

Very professional and friendly practice. Prices are reasonable - certainly better value than when I take my cats to the vets for dental work! My dentist appreciates that I am an older patient with many health challenges and treats me accordingly. I trust his judgement.

Calm and understanding
I actually feel comfortable coming to the dentist, the lady I have for check ups is lovely, she's calm and understanding with me. She is upstairs and just had a pink room done.
The lady who does my hygiene appointment is amazing, takes her time, stops when I need it, and is understanding of my anxiousness. She has a pink room downstairs. I wouldn't trust anyone else other than these two ladies. And they make the experience so much better then I could ask.

My appointment today went well in regards to the level of details on my teeth, they did an X-ray and a few photos and gave me an honest assessment and feedback was very important in regards to getting my teeth on it’s journey to being in a better health within 6 months or less as I needed a bit of work doing. The whole experience was professional and we worked out a good plan of action going forwards.
