I saw Shaz today regarding a tooth which I had been advised needed extracting. After carefully looking at x-rays Shaz suggested that instead of immediately extracting the tooth he might be able to save the tooth with more conservative treatment. Hopefully this might be possible at my next appointment.

A nice, friendly manner
I had an appointment this morning, wall called in on time. Greeted by the hygienist and her assistant. They were both lovely. I explained that I'm not very good at this sort of thing and a bit anxious. She said to let her know if anything hurt during the procedure by raising my hand or if anything hurt. Luckily it did not. Everything was carried out in a nice, friendly manner by both ladies.
