As always, very courteous & polite, both Dr Fatima & the hygienist, Chaudry Tahir Ali - approach, giving space to relax with a few kind words exchanged briefly, appreciate the tight schedule they often have.. but regular visits make you more comfortable and reassurance to carry forward - very happy as a family to stay with the surgery for a long time..

The team makes me feel at ease
I think everyone is lovely here. I suffer with 5 mental health disorders and I get very nervous and anxiety rises when it's busy - however the team makes me feel at ease. Dental works is the best dental practice I've been to and will keep going here.

Excellent dentists all the staff I have met so far are super helpful and very patient and go above and beyond when my children have appointments . Their dentists are great with giving aftercare too so a very good dentist surgery as a whole.

This is the best dentist
This is the best dentist I have had EVER. They have almost cured me of my fear of dental work. Ok I admit I am still terrified of the needle but they understand it and is are so gentle when administering it. All the dentists are so nice as are the nurses and reception staff. I have watched the receptionists handle very difficult patients with kindness and patience, I am in awe of them. Crikey, I could go on with the praise I have so many good things to say but I will end here.

My teeth have never been better looked after or in better health
I am a nervous patient who has always found a visit to the dentist or hygienist to be something of an ordeal. However, both my dentist and my hygienist as Shaz & Associates are warm, welcoming and sympathetic. I immediately feel at ease and cared for. I trust them both completely with my dental health and I am completely satisfied with the work they do. Nothing is too much for them to do to make my experience as pleasant and positive as possible. My teeth have never been better looked after or in better health.

Dental Works was amazing as always with Fatima and Laura
My recent experience at Dental Works was amazing as always. I explained to the hygienist (Laura) that one of my teeth was sensitive, so they made sure to take it slow. My dentist is the lovely Fatima, always really gentle when checking over my teeth. I would definitely recommend both. Thank you.
