A wonderful manner with patients
I saw the hygienist, Mayra. She's a real professional. She has a wonderful manner with patients and is extremely knowledgeable in her chosen profession. Congrats to her on her new daughter. I then saw Bikram for my check up. He is a superb dentist and makes me feel confident in his approach to dentistry. The reception staff are extremely helpful and supportive and should be congratulated.

Gatley park dental were absolutely amazing. My Invisalign treatment went really smoothly and Bikram was transparent about the potential treatment outcomes from the start without making any promises. All the staff were great. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist to start your Invisalign journey!

My experience
Dentist said I needed 3 fillings at a cost of £650, but I am an NHS patient, band B work should be £75.30. Massive attempt at overcharging. Be careful when being treated at this practice.

My experience
I arrived today at 9.35 for a 9.30 appointment, I waited maybe 2 minutes while one receptionist was on the phone. A second receptionist then turned up, I gave my name to which she said, “you’re late". I said 5 minutes to which she answered back and said 7 minutes! She then followed up by saying I’ll have to see if they will see you! I very politely said that I was running late from a school run and that with respect we are rarely seen on time anyway. Ironically I then wasn’t called in for another 8 minutes!
Really did not appreciate the attitude, tone and unprofessionalism of your receptionist. I may well cancel my next appointment and join the surgery the rest of my family are at. I’ve been with you for years, literally years, but that has put me right off.

My experience
Can’t fault the staff or treatment at Gatley Park Dental Practice but their communications could be better.
When appointments are due and forms need to be completed then they do sent a text stating to complete online. Unfortunately the is no link or URL included within the text so it has to wait until the day of the appointment.
Have fed this back a number of times but no one appears to be interested and it’s been happening for well over a year now.
