Caring, polite and considerate
My appointment with the hygienist yesterday (3rd June) went really well. Ffion was very helpful and explained each part of the procedure clearly. She was caring, polite and considerate as was her assistant. My appointment with Ewart Johnstone was equally as caring and thorough as always. Not forgetting the helpful and accommodating reception staff. A-star all round!

My dentist is a lovely man. He took into account that I am a nervous patient re having an injection. He explained the procedure and fees clearly. Informing why the costs were at that level. Easy to chat with which helped alleviate my nervousness. I was given a cue to use if I wished him to stop. Very happy with the care and treatment I received.
