My son has autism, he's 8. He has extreme panic attacks if he has to go to doctors or hospital, so sadly an emergency appointment was made as he refuses to brush his teeth and gets really upset which led to a very bad tooth affecting the gums. With the patience of an amazing team, calm clean and quiet surroundings, he let them remove his bad tooth, thank you so much, your compassion was amazing and thanks to you all, this positive experience will help his future visits if needed. We had no meltdown and i didn't leave in tears, thank-you.

My husband and I have been patients at GCG Dental Practice since we moved to Wales 8 years ago. I have to say the care we have received is first class. From the lovely ladies on reception who are always professional and accommodating, the Dental Nurses who are caring and kind, the amazing and skilled Dentists. I cannot praise them enough. Yesterday was our first post Covid outbreak visit. The place was positively spotless. Every care is taken to ensure patient and staff safety. We felt very safe.

I have been going to this dental practice for a number of years now and have never had a bad experience they are all polite and make sure you are relaxed before doing any treatment the reception staff are very friendly and make you feel at home
