Lovely, friendly staff. This was an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth and my dentist of 40 years taking me off the books because they went private. I would definitely recommend GCG dental practice. The dentist I saw was so nice and very approachable. Not like my old dentist at all.

I want to leave one star.... Because I'm trying to get a couple of friends onto their books. 😅
Visited Simon Bond for my check up. I've seen him since I first started at GCG and he's always been very good at finding out what my worries are and finding a good solution.
The admin staff are lovely and the technology is very good but simple. Text message reminders. Fill in your treatment and medical forms online before you arrive or on a tablet with their help on arrival.
Everything is clean, modern, but relaxing.

I live in Swansea but needed an emergency appointment over the weekend. The staff were lovely and went the extra mile to make me feel at ease. The dentist who treated me was kind patient and gentle. she could see I was clearly anxious but immediately put me at ease. I was so impressed I would ideally make them my regular dentist. Thank you all for your wonderful treatment

Having experienced dental pain last week, I telephoned the GCG Dentist reception asking for an emergency appointment. The appointment I was given was within one hour's time. How good is that? On the following day, I needed another emergency appointment, and this was arranged just as promptly. Today (a week later) my dentist, Sid, telephoned me to enquire how I was doing.
I cannot praise all of the staff in this practice enough. From the receptionists (sydd yn siarad Cymraeg yn berffaith), the hygienists (Cymraeg perffaith hefyd) nurses and dentists, they all go consistently over and above to deliver excellent care.
