Always pleasant getting from receptionist and nice clean waiting area. First time have had to wait for appointment as dentist running late. Hygienist able to see me first whilst waiting then had another wait until dentist free. However both professional have excellent service and apologised for delay. Only criticism was, had to query at reception whether they had forgotten my appt after a half hour wait as had not been advised during that initial wait reason for delay.

Appointment was in time, Nancy was my hygienist and did a thorough review with accurate scaling, I would highly recommend her. The reception team is very efficient and friendly. The clinic is clean and well kept. Would recommend it for all sorts of dental work.

Dr Allwyn performed an extraction and it was one of the best dental experiences ive had. Couldnt recommend enough genuinely great at settling and dealing with a dental phobic patient and the procedure. 6 stars not 5!

Must admit I was nervous of going to have two teeth out after a referral from my dentist. From start to finish i was made to feel comfortable. Highly recommend this Dentist Ben was amazing !!! Thank you

Always great atmosphere and happy staff. Recently had two teeth sorted by Michelle. She's great and made me one happy chap with what she did. Can't recommend anywhere else to go in gillingham tbh. I don't mind the dentist but I would assume they are able to deal with nervous customers extremely well as everyone is so accommodating. Fantastic service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hygienist appointment
Had my first appointment with Nabilah Rahman. What a wonderful lady. I hate going to the dentist and haven't been for years. She was very gentle explained everything. A brilliant lady if you're a scardey cat.

I am autistic, so I find going to the dentist very difficult as I do not like being touched by other people, but Marco and his team are brilliant and I feel very comfortable with them. Im nearly at the end of my treatment (braces) and I cant wait for the braces to come off and see how amazing my teeth look.

Attended for an extraction having been referred by my own dentist. The whole set up is extremely well organised. Premises are spotless. Runs like clockwork. In and out in ten minutes after swift extraction.
