On this occasion considering i turned up a day late for my original appointment ( my mistake ) but was rearranged with a smile ( thank you ) . So turned up for my rearranged appointment . And was greeted from the reception girls through to the dental nurse attached to my dentist . My treatment was completed promptly and as pleasant as it could be . Came back to reception and my next check up appointment arranged . Job done . Thank You

I have regularly visited this dental practice and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I receive. The team at this practice is fast, efficient, and incredibly effective in their work. From the moment you walk in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the facility was, which put me at ease right away.

What really stands out to me is how friendly and professional the entire team are. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visits. I was also pleasantly surprised by the ease of booking and changing my appointments. The staff were very accommodating and worked with my schedule to ensure that I could get the treatment I needed at a time that was convenient for me.

I recently joined this practice as I was not happy about the treatment received in my previous dental practice. I was impressed by the Dentist and hygienist I saw. I was also impressed at how welcoming the reception staff are and at how very modern the decor and facilities are.

Always welcoming and friendly and the building always clean

I was referred to Nelson aldental care to have two teeth extractions. The staff were all really friendly. For someone who hates dentist, they kept me calm and told me what was happening throughout my procedure. They gave great after care advice and was very informative, professional and overall the practise was very clean! Highly recommend

I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Matthew Bullock 2 days ago and was of course nervous about the procedure. Matthew explained everything to me and instantly put me at ease! I literally had no pain and the tooth was removed in a couple of minutes, in-fact I actually did not realise it had been taken out it was that quick!
I would highly recommend Matthew and also this dental practice are the best I’ve ever had the privilege to be a customer of. From the reception staff to the dental assistants to the dentists …I highly recommend.
