Friendly greeting at the entrance. Clear procedures for a healthy visit. Hygienist extremely polite and professional with the job. Then the booking of the next appointment was very easy to do with the Receptionist being very helpful throughout.

Service at the Practice
When I first got the appointment the reception staff were very helpful and flexible.
Then filling in the forms on line was very easy and saved a lot oftime on the appointment day.
All instructions were very clear as to how to proceed with Covid restrictions.
On the day of the appointment, all staff were very helpful as usual. The dentist explained clearly what he was going to do.
The extraction was quicker than I had expected, and painless.
I am taking anticoagulant medication, so after the tooth was removed the dentist asked me to wait for 20 mins then checked to see the bleeding had stopped and clot had formed.
The dentist then explained how to take care over the next few hours, and said if I had a problem, to ring the surgery.
When it was all done the reception staff even telephoned for a cab for me!

Above all expectations
Looks like I am totally blessed to have found a dentist practice that cares, professional and goes above all expectations, today's treatment went so well. Hygiene and care 110%, thank you, David you are a amazing dentist and I felt totally at easy, didn't panic like I normally do. The staff are kind and caring Nelson Road truly should be proud.
