Nelson Road Dental

I was referred to Ben at Nelson Road by my usual dentist in central Gillingham, because he had been unable to fully complete a necessary extraction. After being checked in at the modern and comfortable reception/waiting area I was seen almost immediately by Ben, who completed the rather tricky procedure extremely efficiently and painlessly. All very reassuring!

I had a tooth extracted. The procedure took less than five minutes. The friendly Dr Atkinson made the operation less overwhelming. I only wish that I got more detailed information on what to do if the bleeding does not stop.

The team are friendly welcoming and also put you at ease at all times treatment is good and the dentist is very knowledgeable and good

As far as dentist visits go it was very good. Was greeted with a playful sarcastic comment which was fantastic. Kind of eased my anxiety a bit so thank you to the receptionist for that😀.
As for the dentist himself. Very chatty and reassuring. First time I have had a tooth pulled in adulthood. The first was when I was ten but I was put to sleep for that but not this time. I was awake 😮 but it really wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be and oh the satisfaction afterwards.....no more tooth ache. I was in blissful heaven.

5 minutes. In and out. Tooth extracted. Weeks of pain gone. Top service. Just wish I didn’t have to wait 6 weeks haha.

I saw a dentist I had not seen before who was good and showed me best way to clean teeth to avoid plaque and gave my teeth a little clean up.

First hygienist clean for many years due previous experiences of choking from the pressured water. but my experience today was excellent as my fear was understood and great Care taken. Many thanks 👍 from Phil

Great staff and brilliant service

Didn't have to wait too long for an appointment , as I was in some pain , had to go Private though . Seems s lot of money but no more than other dentists . Service was impeccable . Waiting area was very noisy though.

Quite a way to travel to have one tooth extracted but efficient and very good treatment

I have a massive phobia of dentist, and the people at Nelson Road from the amazing, helpful polite girls on the seat to the , gentle considerate dentist. They have changed my whole feelings and anxiety of having appointments. So thank you I’m lucky to have you all!!

I was looking for a Dental practice that would help me with concerns I have been having with my mouth and teeth. A friend recommended Nelson Rd Dental, and it is the best Dental Practice I have used.
The staff are very helpful and welcoming, and as a disabled person they have facilities where if you let them know you can get a room on the ground floor (no stairs) which is very welcome.
As a person who suffers OCD, the practice is immaculate and very clean.
The Dentist I saw was Asad, a very professional and caring person who took my problems in hand and recommended various solutions, which I was not offered at my previous Dentist, with the end result of saving what teeth I have left. It is immensely reassuring, to have the sort of care I received, and the Dental Nurse (sorry I have forgotten his name) was equally as helpful, and went out of his way to help.
I don't normally write reviews, but did this time so that anyone who is nervous of Dentist's for whatever reason, can be reassured that they will have their concerns dealt with professionally, compassionately and caring.
All of my treatment is now done by Hannah, a very proficient, kind, caring and excellent Dentist, she discusses everything with you and explains the options (something I never had before) and from the moment you come into the practice, with the Reception staff, Dentists and Nurses everyone is there to make the experience a positive one.
