Excellent COVID 19 policy in place

Nelson Road Dental are always professional and have an excellent COVID 19 policy in place to keep us all safe when visiting. I would not hesitate to recommend this dentist to anyone.

Emergency appointment

Relieved to get an emergency appointment today for a broken tooth, David was great as always, making me feel comfortable and did a great job. The whole practice felt extremely COVID secure yet welcoming and bright. Thanks everyone.

Kept me at ease

I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!

I can't thank enough to the lovely receptionist who picked the phone up and assisted me by finding the appointment on the day CONSIDERING I'VE BEEN TOLD BY THE NASTY PERSON THAT THERE IS NO APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE TODAY WHEN CALL THEM FIRST TIME BEFORE THE LINE WENT OFF. Thank to lovely assistant who welcomed me at the door and cared all the way. And finally I would like to thank to Dentist David O. for dealing with my toothache in such a professional manner

Nurse and Dentist were great

Nurse and Dentist were great, always happy to help and seeks your approval of each job. I was in an emergency where I lost my crown and was in pain. They helped me out and resolved my issue. With all the issues with Covid I am happy how the practice are dealing with things.

Extremely friendly and competent

The dentist, who I have seen previously, was extremely friendly and competent. He carried out the procedure with the minimum of discomfort and pain. Despite the fact that no one likes going to the dentist, it was a tolerable experience.

For someone who has hated and feared visits to the dentist for many many years, everyone at Nelson Road make the visit an absolute pleasure. Sonia and Mo have been outstanding in making an exceptionally nervous patient very comfortable and not at all stressed any more - thank you awesome work - it's makes a difference!

We having been using this Dental practice for the past 5 years since moving back into the area. Very professional staff, with the latest equipment. I see David, who is very freindly and who most importantly, puts me through the minimum of discomfoft during my visits. Highly recommended.

Amazing service

I'm very nervous at the dentist, on arriving at Nelson Road I was put at ease by the lovely ladies at reception.
Matthew the dental surgeon was amazing, made me feel calm and at ease. Didn't even feel when he extracted my tooth would highly recommend you. Thank you again for an amazing service.

Went in for an extraction today, normally I have sedation but wasn't available. I was very nervous the ladies at reception were all lovely.

The dental surgeon Matthew was the best, after numbing my tooth I was asked if everything was fine and happy to continue. Matthew really took his time to make me feel at ease along with the nurse (sorry I didn't catch her name). Tooth was extracted super quick that I never felt a thing.

Thank you again Nelson Road.
Would highly recommend if you are a nervous patient 5 starts is not enough

Phoned here for emergency extraction, with sedation when I couldnt get my usual dentist till dec, this was in August! They were great, told me to come straight away as I'd been in agony for weeks.. they were very friendly, reassuring, and professional. Would definitely return.. this is a NHS dentist but I paid private as I was desperate. Cant thank them enough, I am now pain free 👏
