I felt that the special arrangements to keep staff and patients safe were handled very well. I was also grateful that a course of treatment that would normally necessitate several visits to the dentist was completed in one long appointment.

Definitely a good practice
Even under the extreme circumstances we find ourselves in with this pandemic, from the moment I arrived everyone was polite and explaining what was expected. The dentist I saw was brilliant and always checking that I was ok with what was happening and that's very reassuring, definitely a good practice.

Excellent dentist
I'm quite nervous when it comes to Dentist appointments. But everyone made me feel at ease even though I had to see a different dentist. He was excellent and sorted out my loose filling, thanks to all.

It was quite painful after with mild reactionary bleeding and Ineeded codeine 60 mg . However I am only day 2 post dental extraction .
David Olu had an excellent manner. I remarked on his empathy and use of active listening . I wish him the best in his career .

Caring, friendly and understanding
I had a problem with my tooth. I telephoned and was seen that morning. I was made aware of the new arrangements due to coronavirus. I felt safe when I was seen by my dentist (M Fuz) and other members of staff. He examined my tooth and took an xray. He explained the treatment I need and I am going back next week for it to commence. I've been going to this practice for years now and always found the staff caring, friendly and understanding.

As this practice is not actually my dentist I was very grateful they could see me as I had a dental emergency and my dental practice is still closed.
I found Nelson road practice to be very friendly professional and efficient all I can say is a big thank you for your help today.
