I’m nervous of dentists and avoided for over 10 years. The whole team, particularly Dr Sarah, were sensitive and understanding and displayed no judgemental attitude … unlike another dentist I visited.
I finished treatment today and all through the process everyone has been kind and informative and checking that I understood what was happening.
Thank you Nelson Road … I’m no longer scared of dentists!!

Quick procedure considering i had three teeth taken out .It was quick and painless and probably took around ten minutes ,that was including the numbing injections. I am embarrassed to say, i did give the Dentist a fist bump due to being shocked on how quick the procedure had been .But to be fair ,you have to give respect when someone within their profession does good work.

I contacted Nelson Road Dental for an emergency appointment due to severe dental pain, and fortunately, they were able to see me the same day. The dentist I saw was very empathetic, took the time to listen, and was genuinely focused on finding the root cause of the problem. After a thorough examination and a couple of X-rays, he clearly explained the issue and outlined a few possible solutions. I decided to start with a course of prescribed antibiotics to relieve the discomfort — which, thankfully, worked very well for me.
Overall, I really appreciated the prompt care, professionalism, and compassion shown throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
