Calm, kind, patient
At ease and explained to me what was happening and is without doubt the best experience I've had at the dentist. I'm so happy with his service so thank him and his colleague. David is an incredible dentist, calm, kind, patient and he listened to what my concerns were and calmly talked through the process and asked me how I was throughout I would highly recommend him and I will be asking to see him again he was that good.

Friendly, approachable and attentive
As usual my appointment was on time. I was greeted with a smile by the dental nurse. The dentist was friendly, approachable and attentive. The dentist took time to ask me if I had any concerns as well as completing my check up. He also looked back at earlier work he had completed to check that all remained well with that work. This is a friendly professional surgery that I have used for many years.

Nothing but first class!
From the moment I phoned to see if there was a chance to fit me in as I was in severe pain and desperate for some help Nelson Road Dental Surgery have been nothing but first class! All members of staff have been wonderful that I have come across but especially Ben, he made me feel so much more comfortable with coming to the dentist knowing how frightened I was he was very empathetic. I would recommend this dental surgery to everyone.

Always friendly and warm to put you at ease!
Very professional. Very clean and well equipped office with brilliant facilities. Waiting room is lovely and there is music and a TV to keep you busy and relaxed. There was a lady doing balloon animals for the children which was great. I wish more dentists were like this. Top notch customer service every time. David the dentist and his assistant in particular are always friendly and warm to put you at ease!

A good experience with Nelson Road. They were able to fit me in for a sooner appointment than originally booked.
My dentist was very good. I haven't had good experiences with the dentist usually but this experience was a good one. I would strongly recommend Nelson Road Dental.
