The most relaxing visit I have ever experienced at a dentist, I had been searching for a practice for some time and when I walked into the Nelson surgery I knew I had found it. Atmosphere was immediately welcoming and staff happy and pleasant. Plus my dentist greeted me with a smile and my christian name which put me at ease. I know my future visits will be as great as the first.

My whole family use Nelson Road, I personally travel from Sittingbourne. They are very professional and have time for you and listen to you also offering latest treatments ie implants which is not painful on the wallet or the surgery.

To explain my perfect teeth (white with awesome gums) I need to take you back three years or so ago - when although my teeth were white and I had a wonderful smile, all I had to do was bite on something and my gums would bleed. It was so bad that I would be talking and then I would taste blood in my mouth - bad huh!

First, I need to explain that dental surgeries scared the hell out of me. Anyways I decided to do something about my teeth and gums before they all start falling out. The surgery is great; staffs are friendly.

My hygienist, Ayanda has been amazing. We moved from me seeing her four or more times per year (she had to do a deep clean under local anaesthetic - yes it was that bad) to twice yearly (very six months).

I had to go and see the dentist as well and I must even though I did lost one tooth (not bad considering how bad my gums were) my experience was never a bad one. Imran (my dentist) now sees me one per year (just to ensure that all is still going well)

Because of the general staff, Ayanda and Imran I am no longer scared of the dental surgery. When I have an appointment it’s like any other day.

Anyways not only do I still have an amazing smile, my gums are healthy and strong as well.

The most professional and friendly place around. The reception staff are always very welcoming and are extremely efficient.
The hygienist has got to be one of the nicest people I've met, he is so friendly and clearly very skilled in what he does, even the dreaded 'deep clean' is completely painless!
Mo is my dentist and I find him not only extremely professional but very approachable too. He always takes the time to explain what he's doing and offers advice on what I can do myself. He obviously knows his stuff and is very passionate about his profession. Credit must also go to his assistant too, she is always very professional whilst being friendly.

Excellent staffing on all levels which follows a set pattern of continuity. One's dentist and his working colleagues all become a given. It is ensuring to know that the "team" will be the same on each visit. Cannot fault this dentist practice.

No problems at all, felt comfortable during treatment. Pleasantly surprised that after the numbness subsided there was no pain or discomfort. Good work by the dentist, almost looking forward to my next treatment appointment.

Mo as always was kind, courteous and informative. Although I am never keen to go I usually come out feeling better.

Always receive good service with a smile and quick response when I call by phone or ask for a call back. The staff are all friendly and nothing is too much for them.
My dealings have mainly been with Mo who is an excellent dentist very caring with a good bedside manner. Angela his assistant is excellent as well and always makes you feel welcome.

Certainly recommend the dentist the best I have been too.
