Came up trumps
Yet again Robert and staff came up trumps. I never expected to phone on a Thursday and get an appointment on a Friday as I was going on holiday the next day. I have been going to the dentist since I was 3 and it is only since Robert and staff took over the practice that I have not been nervous about my treatment. There's not enough stars to give the practice.

Hygienist and dentist
My check up was excellent today. Hygienist and dentist had good things to say about how I am looking after my teeth. Dentist suggested 2 teeth need fillings so arranged an appointment for the work to be done next month.

Excellent, patient-centred care
Since I joined Broomhill Dental in 2023, I have had excellent, patient-centred care.
All staff are very friendly and helpful.
I would particularly like to thank Adam for his skill and thorough approach and Lorraine for her kindness. As a very nervous patient they both made a real effort to help me through recent treatment.

I recently had root canal treatment at Broomhill Dental . I was rather apprehensive initially about undergoing this procedure but my mind was put at ease from the first visit. Dr Adam Watt and all the staff were very welcoming , kind and caring . Every step explained well and all my questions answered. I felt comfortable during each session and was reassured often throughout . I really appreciate all the help , care and aftercare I received and would highly recommend this practice.

Made me feel relaxed
Fantastic service from start to finish. I recently had root canal treatment, Adam took time to explain the different options available. Once the plan was in place, all appointments were arranged effortlessly. The nature of my treatment meant that I had a few lengthy visits and each time Adam, Lorraine and the other nurses made me feel relaxed, so much so my fit bit registered 90 mins snooze. No pain. Thank you David for referring me for the additional treatment. Keep up the great work. Reception staff are always very helpful.

Attentive
Routine dental follow up. Saw the dentist first. Alison, as always, was very friendly and she explained to me in simple terms how my teeth and gums were, and how I could continue to take good care of them.
The hygienist was also very attentive and helped a lot by giving me information about my brushing technique.
