Hygienist visit
Warm welcome from friendly reception staff. Lovely waiting area. Paula hygienist was great , she took her time as I have very sensitive teeth. Overall an amazing practice, prices very reasonable, would highly recommended for anyone looking for the best service from your dental practice !

First Class Dental Experience
Although I was initially nervous about my treatment for several restorative fillings, Dr Dentist O’Donnell went ‘above and beyond’ to make the experience as pleasant as possible and pain free!!! From the moment that you enter Broomhill Dentist you are warmly welcomed by the receptionists, other dentists greet you with a smile, you have a lovely chic waiting room to sit in before your appointment, then are escorted by a cheerful dental assistant before being welcomed by your dentist. Dr Dentist O’Donnell explains everything clearly, calmly and is very good at reassuring anxious customers like myself. He continues to reassure you throughout the treatment and even manages to give you positive feedback throughout. Dr David O’Donnell listens carefully to your needs and makes you feel like a valued customer. Finally, there is always an upbeat and great atmosphere in Broomhill Dental Practice, who always try to give you an appointment asap when you most need it, which makes it ‘la crême de la crême’ of dentists. Great teamwork!

Fantastic service. Adam is always thorough and goes into great detail explaining what is required. I have total confidence in his skills and advice. Had many long dental treatments and always felt relaxed with minimal pain. Both Adam and Lorraine provide professional care in a relaxing manner. Reception staff always friendly and helpful.

Saving my tooth
I was in the chair for the best part of an hour as David and his assistant/technician did their work on my back tooth. I felt extremely reassured as they carried out the procedure with friendly efficiency and a high level of professionalism. They are a great team. I felt I was in the best of hands throughout the procedure so thank you both.

A very good practice
Overall, Broomhill Dental is a very good practice. The surgery has been transformed in recent years since it was taken over. Adam is excellent at explaining procedures and he and Elaine are a great team. My only criticism is not being informed when appointments are running late. It would be helpful to know on arrival if my appointment is on time or late.

Amazing
Paula was just amazing! So knowledgeable and professional with such an easy, reassuring manner. Definitely put me at ease and, without lecturing, explained everything so clearly and in a way that demystified what is often a mind boggling experience. Clearly very able and an expert at what she does, but also amazing with people. It’s people like her that make all the difference.
In general, from the lovely receptionists (always working away but never too busy to help), to the dental assistant (so warm yet professional) - first class!
