Welcome Back
A way overdue visit, what a welcome… Friendly greeting on arrival… My new dentist Alison explained what treatment I needed and her suggestions for how I proceed.
Her interaction was very calming and made me feel at ease.

Excellent Team
After a weekend panic message left on the answering machine, Liz called first thing Mon am. So helpful (as usual!) & managed to fit me in to see David the same morning. Reassuring & professiona,l he resolved the problem quickly. Everyone at this practice is professional, efficient and kind.
Family with this practice for a few years now & so glad we found them when we moved to Glasgow.

Place is very clean and staff are really nice. It’s just money money money all the time, you pay monthly for all these checks then still having to pay so much more do any treatment.

I'm very sorry to hear that you feel that the costs are high. The monthly cost covers for 2 yearly Exam appointments with your dentist and depending on the plan, 2 or more visits with one of our therapists for hygiene work. You are also covered for emergency appointments and receive 10% discount on routine dental treatment.
If monthly payments do not suit the individual, they also have the option to become a "Pay as you go" patient and pay for treatment at each visit. We appreciate all feedback and welcome any further discussions should you wish to do so. Once again thank you for taking the time to leave your review, from all the team at Broomhill Dental.
