Lovely environment

Very pleasant staff on arrival, lovely, bright and clean environment. Emails and text messages sent right away and reminders. Taken on time of appointment.

Appointment

Very pleasant reception staff - happy to help if at all possible and neither putting up barriers to protect clinical team or blocking patient access in any way to clinical team. Was delighted that a genuine appointment error on my part had the nature of my referral to dentist ‘looked at’ for future appointment treatment required. Clinicians first class - to fit me in for a look at the extent of treatment required was executed really well from patient's point of view and was ‘no trouble’. Moreover it reassured me of what the problem is. Thank you all.
