The sincere welcome where reception staff look at you, acknowledge you and smile: patient is made to feel comfortable - this welcome to the patient as a person
extends to dentist, hygienist and ‘dental nurses’ - this all generates confidence.

I am eternally grateful
Caring, empathetic and skilled when I had bit of a dental emergency between chemo sessions and they were able to take 3 teeth out and fit new denture within the week. Just unbelievable and friendly service and I am eternally grateful. All at an extremely reasonable cost too!

Dr O’Donnel is a pleasant, calm and reassuring dentist who gives me excellent advice which I appreciate, as I am a very anxious patient. All staff are friendly, helpful and the lounge waiting room is lovely to sit in.

Always takes time to listen
My dentist Jennifer is very caring and always takes time to listen.
She is always very up to date with dental procedures and Jennifer is the best dentist I have ever seen.
