My experience
I had a hygiene session with Sarah, I felt it was a bit hurried and would have appreciated a bit more discussion re decay prevention and protection of my teeth and gums. Feels as if the eye is on the clock a bit too much. I do think however that the actual treatment today was thorough. I would have hoped the overall private service through Denplan would have been better than the NHS was but so far it feels the same but more expensive to me.

Check problem tooth
Filling or extraction, tooth beyond filling so decision to extract. However, surgical extraction is required and full explanation was given. My appointment has been brought forward so the quicker the better. Excellent service!

My bi-annual visit went smoothly (as always). David is a brilliant dentist, and very personable. He makes you feel as if you are his special patient - he talked to me about my treatment pre Covid. He remembered details I never thought he would.

I was so impressed to be seen so quickly by Jen, and thankful too. Jen was very reassuring and very quickly filled the break and explained why the tooth had cracked and possible future options. I didn’t even need an injection!

This is a lovely practice with a very calming waiting room, very up-to-date equipment and efficient reception staff. I visited Lauren, dental hygienist, for a totally pain-free clean and polish and Robert, dentist, for a check-up. Very pleased not to require treatment.

Very impressed
I had pain the night before from the assessed tooth and phoned the practice the following morning. Delighted to get an appointment almost immediately. Was given an X-ray and provided with a prescription for antibiotics. Also got a call from practice the day after to ask how I was. Very impressed thank you!
